Per Mandate, our office is closed until further notice

Due to Federal guidelines, our office is closed to routine appointments and treatment until

April 30th.  Under the guidelines, we can call in an antibiotic for infection and in some cases, extract teeth when necessary.  If you have an emergency (swelling, infection, severe pain, etc) please contact us by emailing for a virtual consult.  Please send cell phone pictures and description of problem with child's full name, birth date and your pharmacy phone number.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you!

During this time of concern and uncertainty, we here at Parkland Pediatric Dental wanted to reassure our patients of a few important facts as we all try to safely carry on our normal schedules.

We have a strict policy in place that under no circumstances will we allow ill-feeling patients exhibiting signs and symptoms of respiratory illness and/or fever into the facility.

Sanitizing:   These measures include ongoing sanitation of our entire facility including heavily used areas such as door knobs, sinks, restrooms and patient care areas.  Though our playground equipment is normally sanitized no less than weekly, we are taking the additional precautions of daily cleaning of these surfaces. This includes the “Junior Kitchen Area” and all of its components. As always, all of our instruments go through a rigorous sterilization process between every patient. Our lab coats are kept and washed onsite.

Scheduling: We are working hard to schedule families together, with a buffer of time in between patient departure and arrival in order to sanitize surfaces to avoid any possible cross-contamination. For this reason, though we normally ask parents to bring their children early for play time, please stick to the scheduled times. We have created time for your children to play. 😊

*If you would like to wait in your car before the appointment, please let us know and we can text your cell phone when it is time for your child to be seated in the clinical area.

Staff: Allergies are a normal part of life for many of us. Fevers are not. We have asked all of our staff members to monitor their health closely. We come into contact with many people, and it is better to be home, than to be the cause of additional sickness. If at any time Dr Cattron becomes ill, we will contact our patients as quickly as possible to reschedule as needed.

How Can YOU Help?

Please reduce as many non patients (parents, siblings, etc.) as possible when bringing your child to their dental visit.

PLEASE consider the importance of rescheduling your appointment if you or a member of your immediate household has (within the past 2 weeks):

1.  Traveled abroad; or to an area with an active outbreak.

2. Came into contact with anyone suspected of having a COVID-19 infection.

3. Have flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, body aches, or diarrhea.

(If you answer yes to #3, please contact a medical physician immediately)

There will NOT be enforcement of cancellation fees for last minute cancellations for any of the above reasons. We are happy to reschedule for the safety of our patients and staff.

Thank you for your help!
